In order to use services of www.investmentz.co.in / www.investmentz.com / www.asitmehta.com and all other internal or affiliate/associate/group companies URLs forming part thereof (hereinafter referred to as "the Websites"), a user must first complete registration formalities for all or the respective product / service segment which the user intends to avail. The Websites is owned and managed by Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. (ACMIIL), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Nucleus House, 5th floor, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (East). Mumbai – 400072 (hereinafter referred to as "us or we" in the first person and "ACMIIL" wherever the context requires). During registration, a user is required to provide certain information as requested by ACMIIL. It has the sole right to use this information, subject to the condition that identifiable user data may not be disclosed or sold to third parties by it. However, all voluntarily declared information relating to a user disclosed to ACMIIL is at the risk of the user and ACMIIL /affiliate/associate/group companies shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse of such voluntarily disclosed information. It reserves the right to use, sell or deal with aggregated user information and/or compiled general information regarding the users of the Websites.
ACMIIL do reserve the right to disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where it believe in good faith that disclosure is required under law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to perform necessary credit checks or collect or report debts owed to it, to protect its rights or property.
ACMIIL will share aggregated demographic information with its partners /affiliate/associate/group companies / vendors / advertisers. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

The Company reserves the right to use, sell or deal with aggregated user information and/or compiled general information regarding the Transactions conducted by the users of the Websites. From time to time, certain information on areas of the Websites may display about you, which may be accessible to other Users. ACMIIL /affiliate/associate/group companies shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse of such disclosed information.
The Websites contains links to other sites. Please be aware that ACMIIL is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. It encourages our users to be aware when they leave its site and entry the other site, to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to the information collected by this Websites.
ACMIIL also displays / send the user site and service announcement updates. The Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service.
