For a client who wish to trade through our Call to Trade services can ask for assistance through our nationwide toll free IVRS number 1800-22-9002. This telephone number is accessible between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm on weekdays and 9.45 am –1.30 PM on Saturdays.

(In case of any technical difficulties faced while calling this toll free number or when you are calling from a Non-MTNL / BSNL phone line, you would need to call our office number 022-28584444 for accessing the service; by dialing this Non-toll free number, you will be charged applicable call rates as per your service provider).

For all other queries related to, account reports, demat holding and website password etc. please call 022 - 2858 4545.

For online trading client (who uses our Internet trading service), trade related assistance would be available through this IVR service through authentication via TPIN (Telephonic Personal Identification Number).

NEW! For your convenience, when you call from a number registered with us, you will not be asked to validate authenticity. You can register up to Five numbers as trusted numbers. To register a number, please login to your account, navigate to My Profile page where you will find Update Contact Number link.
Follow a simple 3 step process (Call flow) to use this service: A simple 3 step flow chart has been designed to assist you in reaching out to our Telemarketing Desk (for yet-to-be-registered clients), Dealing Desk (for online trading clients) and / or Help Desk (for existing clients).
Step 1: Dial our toll free number 1800-22-9002. It would ask client code which an existing client would have, and if you are not our client, then use assistance of our Telemarketing Team.

Step 2: In case you are our online trading client, we would be able to assist you for Dealing and Help Desk related activities after you authenticate yourself through TPIN.

For offline clients (who are not using Internet trading service, but are being serviced by our branches / business associates), authentication will happen through the verification process done by us, and then our executives will be able to assist you for Help Desk related activities.

Step 3: After submitting your TPIN as an online trading client, the system will ask you to enter the new six digits TPIN. (Please do not enter the same TPIN provided to you by us) You can use our Dealing Desk and Help Desk related services.
