What is Twitter?
Twitter is a micro-blogging website. It means that a blog entry can be no longer
than an SMS, i.e, 140 characters. It is used for constant, brief updates by individuals
and companies. When one posts an update, all the people 'following' get the update.
Why are we on it?
We generally send out sms updates on market calls to our investors. However, we feel that Twitter is ideally suited for constant interaction with our customers, as it allows brief updates on a regular basis without disturbing them. We consider it as an additional channel to send information to our clients in a timely and convenient manner.
I am already on Twitter. How do I start following you?
All you have to do is log in to Twitter, and then type the following in your browser's
address bar: http://www.twitter.com/ACM_Investmentz. Our home page will open up,
and you will see a 'Follow' button. Simply click on it, and you're all set!
I am not on Twitter. How do I register myself?
You may become a member on http://www.twitter.com. Note that membership is subject
to their own Terms and Conditions. Once you sign up, all you have to do is log in
to Twitter, and then type the following in your browser's address bar: http://www.twitter.com/ACM_Investmentz.
