ACMIIL ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT FOR NRIs:

- We provide you with online, delivery based trading through our website, Investmentz.com/Live
Exchange. The NRI has the facility to trade on both NSE & BSE, and all accounts
such as Banking, Demat and Trading accounts are fully integrated to provide a seamless
trading experience.
- The NRI will have to open a Banking and Demat account with Bank of India and a Trading
account with Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd (ACMIIL).
- We also provide you with the facility to place orders after market hours. The orders
placed after market hours will be sent to the exchange whenever the exchanges open
for trading.
- Customers can place after market orders between 4.30 pm to 9.40 am. This enables
the NRI to make investments at his own convenience. During this time period, only
limit orders can be placed.
- We have a dedicated in-house Research department, which briefs you on financial
and background information of companies. The department also provides daily and
weekly reports like Morning Notes & Market Watch and a fortnightly newsletter, Investmentz
Newsletter.
- We also provide online access to enable you to view your accounts related reports
such as contracts, bills, ledgers, trade register, net position details, demat transactions
etc.

ACMIIL TRADING ACCOUNT THROUGH VOICE FOR NRIs:

- We provide you delivery based trading through Voice Services. The NRI has the facility
to trade on both NSE & BSE.
- NRIs can execute their transactions in the securities market by availing our voice
services through the NRI Dealing desk. A dedicated dealer will execute all transactions
and give trade confirmations to the NRI.
- We have a dedicated in-house Research department, which briefs you on financial
and background information of companies. The department also provides daily and
weekly reports like Morning Notes & Market Watch and a fortnightly newsletter, Investmentz
Newsletter.
- We also provide online access to enable you to view your accounts related reports
such as contracts, bills, ledgers, trade register, net position details, demat transactions
etc.

INVESTMENT IN MUTUAL FUNDS AND IPOs
|
A Mutual Fund is the most suitable investment for any range of investors as it provides
an opportunity to invest in a diversified, professionally managed basket of securities
at a relatively low cost.
ACMIIL provides Mutual Fund & IPO services to NRI investors. NRIs can make investments
in Mutual Funds/IPOs either by filling the forms directly and sending it to us along
with the cheque or alternatively, the NRI can issue Power of Attorney to a local
representative who can sign the application and cheque on the NRI's behalf. The
second alternative is a more convenient and hassle free option for NRIs who want
to invest in Mutual Funds/IPOs.
NRIs can invest in Mutual Funds/IPOs out of the funds from NRE/NRO normal accounts.
We have also developed an online platform to enable NRIs to make investments in
Mutual Funds/IPOs. For this purpose, the NRI would have to give Power of Attorney,
authorizing us to make investments by debiting their Banking account through payment
gateway and crediting the respective Mutual Fund scheme account. The NRI will receive
the statement of account for investment made in Mutual Fund and in case of IPO;
the shares allotted to him will directly be credited to his Demat account.
