| Sanjay Leasing to increase authorised share capital
To issue & allot equity shares
The members of Sanjay Leasing have approved to increase the authorised
share capital of the company from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1.50 crore.
Further, the members have approved to issue and allot 9 lakh equity shares
